The Planar Standard site V2

Planar Standard has a new and improved portal straight from an omenpath.

What's here

• Events: upcoming tournaments, and standings, rounds and decklists for finished ones. Results come in from melee.gg and Challonge automatically once an event ends.
• Leaderboard: Elo ratings built from our rated Monthlies. One rated event puts you on the ladder. The ratings explainer covers how they're calculated.
• Decks: every public deck, with tabs for decks played at events and decks the community has shared.
• Rules & legality: the current card pool and banlist.
• Community: tournament reports, primers and card takes, written by YOU.

Check and save your deck

Paste a list from Arena, MTGO or a text file into the deck importer. It checks it as you type and flags misspellings, cards outside the pool and too many copies. You can keep decks private or share a link, and each saved edit becomes a new version, so earlier versions aren't lost.

Write for the site

Signing up is free, and any member can submit a community post. The editor can drop in card images, decklists and tournament results, and gives you copy-ready versions for social media.

If you've played in our events, ask in the Discord to have your player record linked to your account, so your results and decks show up together.

Tell us what's broken

This is a first release if V2, so some things may be rough. If something looks wrong, whether it's a missing card, a result that doesn't match or a page that misbehaves, let us know in the Discord tagging @developers or on r/planarMTG.

See you at the next Monthly!!
